Google Chrome (or any other browser) saves certain data while browsing the website to speed up the loading time of web pages in what is known as the cache. This is a beneficial mechanism by default that saves both time and bandwidth, but it is not without issues.
Cache can prevent you from viewing the most recent changes made to the website since parts of the old website are still saved in your browser’s cache, this can impact anybody from the average user to web developers/designers.
Clearing your cache isn’t harmful, so if your experience any issues with a website displaying elements incorrectly and don’t want to clear your whole cache, you should consider following the steps below to clear the cache only on a certain website
On Chrome:
- Once The Page Is Loaded Enter “Developer tools”
- Then right-click on the “Reload Button” and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”
- Done

(Right-Click > Inspect) or (Menu > More Tools > Developer Tools)
